We had to buy the breakfast which was not included in our reservation. The breakfast was good the usual buffet serving. There was eggs, bread, sausage over hot plates. cereal, fruit and drinks. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from train station. But, it takes about 45 minutes to get to central Tokyo. We didn’t mind that. Air conditioning was very good and quiet. But we went early October so it wasn’t real hot and humid. The staff was helpful, friendly and most of them spoke or could understand English. The staff also let us keep our luggage in their security area so that we could check in and go out for some lunch or shopping. Make sure your arrival is at 3 PM for check-in. The management is very strict and adamant about letting rooms out earlier than 3 PM. So if you’re arriving earlier, give them a call and make arrangements to have them secure your luggage in a safe area at the hotel. Security for the elevators was you needed a room key to go up. The laundry room had two machines that were very clean. They had vending machines for drinks and snacks. Our room had a small safe for your valuables. The train station building had two nice grocery markets and eating areas. Right outside of the station there was a busy street that had restaurants and small eateries for about 100 yards down the street and they were reasonable in price. My wife and I weren’t looking for a $300 or $500 hotel rooms. I think we did good for being our first trip to Japan without a tour and at prime age of 70 years old, I think we did good.

our room was small but everything was provided. Daily room cleaning was also provided if needed! Mattress was firm but comfortable. Bath tub was available in the room and you could buy onsen powder in the lobby. Iced water, tea, coffee and candy were available in both lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was great! Staff were all very friendly. It was located in the residential side of Keikyu Kamata but it was only a few minutes walking distance from subway station which was few stops away from Haneda Airport. Very comfortable traveling to the airport the next day during the morning rush hours. There was some restaurants nearby. We tried the food twice in a small restaurant run by a senior couple and we loved it. A marketplace located in the another side of subway station, but we didn’t have a chance to try the food there during our stay. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

Excellent location serving Haneda Airport. Easy 5minute walk with luggages from Keikyu Kamata Station. For budget traveler, if you are able to use App like Navitime and understand well train schedule/transfer etc, not bad idea to use from/to Narita Airport either. Direct Limousine Bus from Narita to Haneda cost ¥ 3.600 ($24) plus train to Keikyu Kamata ¥280, and takes 1h20min. Depends on schedule but no-transfer direct Narita Sky Access Line from Narita to Keikyu Kamata cost ¥ 1.700 ($11.35) and 1h40min. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Their 24hs Cafe Space with free wife is spacious and very cozy. If you have a flight departing late in the afternoon, hotel let you leave luggages and stay in the Cafe.

This is a great full-service hotel. Great value—I paid around the equivalent of $72, which is incredible for Tokyo. Easy train ride to/from Haneda airport. We stayed the night before an early flight, but honestly you could stay here for your whole Tokyo vacation. Steps from Keikyu-Kamata station. Walkable from Kamata station (yes, there are two different stations). Area between the two stations is super fun—lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Room is small, but bright and clean. Nice bathroom, high-quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Extra toiletries (toothbrush, razor, brush, etc…) provided for free. Comfy pajamas provided. Tea/cappuccino machine free and available all day.

We were looking for affordable options for a stay before our morning flight from Haneda. We are glad we chose this hotel. It was steps away from Keikyu-Kamata Station and a short ride to the airport. Quiet neighborhood with a 7-11 almost next door. The rooms are simple, but clean. Apple TVs in each room. Great WiFi. Great shower. Very quiet. As with every bed we have slept on in Japan, the mattresses are firm, but we had 2 pillows each! (A rarity in our experience). We slept well. Breakfast was okay, but had quite a few items to choose from. More suited to a Japanese palate. We would absolutely stay here again before a morning flight.
