They put my family's two rooms (two bed and three bed) as close together as possible on the floor which I appreciated. I was able to communicate with them through booking app messaging prior to traveling to Japan. The rooms are very clean and the area was very safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 and Family Mart close by. Lots of complimentary amenities in room and available in the hotel lobby plus free hot drinks although I did not get a chance to try them. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel lobby after checking out so we could explore the city before our late afternoon flight. If you're looking for dining options, just go back through the Kanata train station overpass to the other side and there is a sort of dining mall with many food options. It can be tricky to find if you are unfamiliar with Japan streets (and dark and rainy) and your GPS isn't working too well. It is super close to the Kanata train station and once you know where it is, you just you can't miss it.

our room was small but everything was provided. Daily room cleaning was also provided if needed! Mattress was firm but comfortable. Bath tub was available in the room and you could buy onsen powder in the lobby. Iced water, tea, coffee and candy were available in both lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was great! Staff were all very friendly. It was located in the residential side of Keikyu Kamata but it was only a few minutes walking distance from subway station which was few stops away from Haneda Airport. Very comfortable traveling to the airport the next day during the morning rush hours. There was some restaurants nearby. We tried the food twice in a small restaurant run by a senior couple and we loved it. A marketplace located in the another side of subway station, but we didn’t have a chance to try the food there during our stay. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

This is a great full-service hotel. Great value—I paid around the equivalent of $72, which is incredible for Tokyo. Easy train ride to/from Haneda airport. We stayed the night before an early flight, but honestly you could stay here for your whole Tokyo vacation. Steps from Keikyu-Kamata station. Walkable from Kamata station (yes, there are two different stations). Area between the two stations is super fun—lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Room is small, but bright and clean. Nice bathroom, high-quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Extra toiletries (toothbrush, razor, brush, etc…) provided for free. Comfy pajamas provided. Tea/cappuccino machine free and available all day.

We were looking for affordable options for a stay before our morning flight from Haneda. We are glad we chose this hotel. It was steps away from Keikyu-Kamata Station and a short ride to the airport. Quiet neighborhood with a 7-11 almost next door. The rooms are simple, but clean. Apple TVs in each room. Great WiFi. Great shower. Very quiet. As with every bed we have slept on in Japan, the mattresses are firm, but we had 2 pillows each! (A rarity in our experience). We slept well. Breakfast was okay, but had quite a few items to choose from. More suited to a Japanese palate. We would absolutely stay here again before a morning flight.

we booked this hotel to be near Haneda but it was rather far from the airport. We had to pay around 20 euro to get to the hotel and 20 euro to get back to the airport the next day, so if you want to spend a night near the airport choose another hotel even if you have to pay more you will be faster in your room to rest. The hotel was very much nice though, ok size amenities. -free coffee, tea and other beverages at the lobby . -friendly staff -there is a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel -breakfast was also nice, Japanese but still nice with items to choose from.
